Something for the approaching New Year and a way for me to be more present when able. I shall be starting this journal and using SoundCloud as a sort of (Behind the Scenes) Music Blog. Albeit, it’s when I remember it exists. I am currently battling a blood-related illness, which is a thorn in my arse; nonetheless, since I am as stubborn as a mule, I am pushing on nicely. I have two albums in the works and will share a sneak peek when the time is right, with some instrumentals for VIP listeners. I am (heavily) focused on my adoration of Renaissance woodwind, so the flute and recorder will be (very) present. I had said that I intended to return to the Harpsichord, but must apologise (profusely). I have recently decided against. The more my compositions grow and begin to flow together, this particular keyboard instrument feels too Baroque for the setting.
