I have one Instagram account, it does not focus on my work as a musician, but my art and design store, laviniavaleriana.net. Both are separate entities that I do not associate with each other. I will only respond to emails concerning my work or store purchases. Any misuse of my email address will be taken seriously and reported if necessary. All emails from me will come from an address ending in laviniavaleriana.com. The information you consent to be stored for mailing list (including VIP) purposes is kept very safe and used only for that purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. While I would be sorry to see you go, I welcome all feedback, whether positive or negative. Limited editions
As you might have noticed, I choose not to wholly give myself to the world. I truly value the little things and, as a collector, I find beauty in scarcity. That’s why some of my releases are limited editions—they are available only for a specific time or until they reach capacity. This does include VIP content, available to mailing list members. Out of respect for this, I can’t offer extra copies once they're gone. Nonetheless, I am genuinely honoured by your requests and appreciate your interest—it means a lot to me. Thank you for understanding any inconvenience this may cause.
Payments
All transactions are securely processed by Stripe. All major cards accepted.
Refunds
Digital content is non-refundable. If you have an issue with a file, please provide proof of purchase. I am happy to supply a replacement. Alternatively, you can purchase from one of the streaming services linked to this site.
