Welcome to laviniavaleriana.com. I, Siân Lavinia Anaïs Florencia Valeriana, based in South Warwickshire, am absolutely delighted to have you here. By accessing or using this website, you agree to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the site.

1. Communications & Support

  • 1.1 Official Contact: Please direct all official inquiries and support requests to mail(at)laviniavaleriana(dot)com. As an individual acting casually, replies may be delayed.
  • 1.2 Scope of Correspondence: I kindly ask that correspondence remain focused on my current music and literature.
  • 1.3 Unrelated Messages: While I appreciate all interest, please note that I am unable to review or respond to unsolicited messages outside the scope of current art, music, or literature projects.
  • 1.4 Social Media Channels: My casual (Instagram) social media account is dedicated to sharing art and design projects. This is entirely unrelated to my work at this site. Because this channel is not monitored, please use my official email address above for any communications.
  • 1.5 Newsletters: You are welcome to join my email newsletter, and you may easily opt out at any time using the "unsubscribe" link included at the bottom of every email.

2. Terms of Sale, Digital Downloads, & Cancellations

  • 2.1 Pricing and Availability: All products—including physical books, CDs, and digital downloads—are subject to availability. While I make every effort to display correct prices and shipping fees, I reserve the right to correct accidental pricing errors and cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund provided to you. CDs and books are limited to 1000 copies per release.
  • 2.2 Digital Downloads: I am currently not monitoring or managing my official music store. Sales are strictly through Amazon or Apple. I run my store as a pop-up. If you purchase digital downloads (such as WAV files), you agree that delivery begins immediately when your download link is generated. By downloading the file, you acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law, provided the digital file functions correctly. If there is a fault, you are entitled to a replacement digital file subject to proof of purchase.
  • 2.3 Physical Goods & The Right to Cancel: For physical books and CDs, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
  • 2.4 Physical Returns and Refunds: To exercise your right to cancel a physical order, please notify me in writing via email. Items must be returned at your own expense within 14 days of your cancellation notice. To receive a full refund, items must be in their original, sealed packaging (CDs must remain unopened and shrink-wrapped). I will refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in their original state.
  • 2.5 Faulty Items: If any product is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a replacement (for digital items) or a full refund (for physical items) in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • 2.6 Limited and Vault Content: Limited editions, archived works, and community vault content are subject to strict availability limits and are offered while stocks or capacity last.
  • 2.7 Product Availability: I reserve the right to respectfully modify, update, or discontinue products or access to certain site features at my discretion.
  • 2.8 Payment Processing: All transactions are securely processed via Stripe. I accept all major credit cards.

  • 3.1 Ownership of Content: All content published on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, book excerpts, lyrics, musical compositions, audio recordings, and video clips—is the sole property of Lavinia Valeriana and is fully protected by UK and international copyright laws.
  • 3.2 Personal Licence: I gladly grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and enjoy the content on this website for your own personal, non-commercial use.
  • 3.3 Prohibited Uses: To support my work, please do not copy, sample, reproduce, download, redistribute, stream-jack, modify, sell, or commercially exploit any musical tracks, text, artwork, or audio files from this website without my express, prior written permission.
